The MIRAKELLE Secure Skin Care Store is a simple and secure shopping cart system. 
The flow is very similar to shopping anywhere:
1) Add to Cart >   2) Customer Information >   3) Check Out Information >   4) Confirm Order.

The FIRST STEP is MIRAKELLE's Order Here page. Once you enter the desired quantity next to one of our skin care products, and click that product's Add to Cart button - you will be taken to the View Cart page on MIRAKELLE's secure server. Security verification: anytime you enter personal information online, the browser address bar should read "https://..." and the lock icon should appear in the lower right corner of your browser window.

The View Cart page displays the Product Information, such as Qty, Item #, Item Name, Item Price and Item Total, as well as the Order Sub Total, Shipping Amount, and Order Total. The View Cart page allows you to Update/Delete Items.

• To Update an item, change the Qty and click the Update button.
• To Remove an item, simply click the Delete button.
• To Empty your Cart, click the Empty Cart button.

Once the Order appears to be correct, click the Send Order button to proceed.

• MA Residents Only: 5% Tax will be applied during the Check Out process, your new total including MA 5% Tax will be displayed on the Confirm Order page.
• A standard Shipping & Handling charge applies to all Orders within the U.S.
• Additional S&H charges may apply for Orders shipped outside the U.S. - Please call on an individual basis.

The SECOND STEP is the Account Login page. Once you click the Send Order button on the View Cart page, you will be prompted to create an Account so that we can collect your Customer Information which includes Billing, Shipping and Payment Information.

If you are a New User: click "Please Click Here to Create New Account". 

You will be taken to the New Account page. The New Account page allows you to enter your Billing Information (Name, Address, Contact Information). Once you've entered your Billing Information, click the "Click here to Continue Account Login" button. This will take you to the Shipping Information page for your New Account.

• If your Shipping Information is different than your Billing Information, enter the appropriate information and click the "Click Here to Continue with Order" button.
• If your Shipping Information is the same as your Billing Information, simply click the "Click Here to Continue with Order" button. You will be given a chance to have the Shipping Information be automatically filled in during the next step.

If you are an Existing User: enter your Email Address and Password, then click the Login button.

If you Forgot your Password: click to put a check in the box to the right of "I forgot my password; please send email", then click the Login button.

The THIRD STEP is the Check Out page. The Check Out page displays all Customer Information which includes Billing, Shipping and Payment Information.

The Billing Information entered in the previous step is displayed here.

• If you notice an error in your Billing Information, click on "Click Here to Edit Account Information" to make the appropriate changes.

Is your Shipping Information the same as your Billing Information?

• Click to put a checkmark to the right of "Same as Billing"; the fields will automatically fill in.

Enter your Payment Information. MIRAKELLE accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Checks and Money Orders.

• Click to select a radio button to the left of the Payment Method you will be using.
• If your Payment Method is Mastercard, Visa or Discover, enter your Credit Card # and Exp. Date as well.
• If your Payment Method is Check / Money Order, Order will be processed when Payment is received.

Once the Check Out page is filled in, click the Send Order button. This will take you to the Confirm Order page where you can review your Order in it's entirety.

The FINAL STEP is the Confirm Order page. Be sure to review and verify all of your Order Information.

You may want to print the Confirm Order page for your records. For additional security measures, you will not recieve a confirmation e-mail from MIRAKELLE.

• If the information is correct, click on the Confirm Order button.
• If the information is not correct, click on your browser Back button to make the appropriate changes, then click on the Confirm Order button.

Clicking on the Confirm Order button will send your Order to MIRAKELLE for processing. You will then be taken to the Thank You page which will display your Order #. Your Order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

NOTES

Each page of the MIRAKELLE Secure Skin Care Store displays the Order Here, View Cart, Acct Info, and Cart Info buttons.

• Will take you back to the MIRAKELLE Order Here page, where you can learn more about the skin care products by MIRAKELLE, or add another skin care product to your Cart.
• Will take you to the View Cart page.
• Will take you to the Account Information page if you have already created an Account; will take you to the Account Login page if you have not already created an Account.
• Will take you back to this page if you need assistance while using the MIRAKELLE Secure Skin Care Store.
